I had severe back pain and plantar fasciitis pain. I had taken lots of treatment before coming but I didn't get relief. Thanks to Dr Pritesh and Dr Elmer and LEVELS I am pain free. Dr Elmer explained all exercises thoroughly, clearly and made sure I execute it with proper form. Kudos!!

My experience at Levels has truly been exceptional. I came to Dr. Neeraj with physical complaints I had been carrying for months. During that time, I consulted several practitioners, but no one was able to identify the root cause. It was becoming frustrating and discouraging. In my very first session with Dr. Neeraj, the underlying cause became clear almost immediately. His insight, precision, and depth of knowledge made an instant difference. The treatment responded incredibly well from the start, something I had not experienced in all the months before. What touched me just as much was the way he works. During the entire session, he gives you his full and undivided attention. There is no rush, no distraction, only genuine care and presence. I have never received such a clear, factual, and understandable explanation of what was actually happening in my body. That clarity brought me both confidence and peace of mind. The exercises I received to practice at home are excellent and perfectly aligned with the treatment. They empower me to actively participate in my own recovery. I had severe neck pain that was travelling down to my hand pain since 20-25 days after I injured myself in the gym. I was not even able to move my hand and neck to their full range and also had intermittent headaches. My friends recommended LEVELS, so I visited them. After 3 sessions of chiropractic and deep dry needling techniques, I'm absolutely fine and back in the gym!! What is also remarkable is that they have a seamless appointment system. There is no waiting time like other clinics. Just superb.! Thank you Dr. Harsh Nagul and Dr Pritesh and other staff at LEVELS. Have recommended my family to them as well

It has been an absolutely amazing and almost unbelievable journey back to good health for me. Dealing with multiple challenges, some of which were 20+ years old! And finally found true healing, lots of compassion, understanding, and great humour with Dr. Pritesh and the team. 100% worth a visit, not just if you are facing health challenges like I was, but also for maintaining great health.

It was a wonderful experience with Dr. Hiral I was suffering from shoulder and neck pain for a long time, and after starting my physiotherapy sessions with her, I noticed a big improvement. Dr Hiral is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She explains every exercise clearly and makes sure you do it the right way. Her treatment plan was well-structured and effective. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is very polite and helpful. I’ve been dealing with intense migraines for years. Specifically worsened after 2020. The last two years I’d have 3-4 migraines a month, very easily triggered by stress/anxiety/overstimulation. My neck and shoulders were especially tense and tight. I tried multiple doctors and various medications - nothing worked. I dropped all the meds and decided to visit Levels. They used a combination of massages, Dry Needling, decompressing the spine etc. Initially visited them twice a week, then weekly and now only as a touch up. After 5 years of suffering, my migraines are officially under control. It’s been two months, I haven’t had a single episode. Anyone who’s suffered from any kind of Chronic Pain, you know that this feels like a Godsend. Eternally grateful to Dr Pritesh and his team! (Also, exceptionally clean and well maintained space. They make it a point to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Some of their rooms even have a beautiful view of the river! Such a pleasant experience each time)

I’ve been attending sessions at LEVELS for some time now, and what stood out to me early on was how structured and professional the system is. Appointments run on time, policies are clearly communicated, and the environment is calm and well-organised. I had been dealing with a long-standing issue with my neck and lower back. Having seen multiple practitioners before, with little clarity or progress, I decided to start treatments here based on strong recommendations from my friends and watching them on Instagram. To my satisfaction, the approach felt thoughtful and systematic rather than rushed or dismissive as compared to most setups in the city. What I appreciated most was the balance between empathy and accountability. You’re listened to, but there are also clear boundaries that make the clinic feel respectful and safe for both patients and staff - which is quite a feat the team has managed to pull of. The space is very clean and has strong healing vibes. All communication is very clear and they have a "no-nonsense approach" which is respect the most. The overall experience feels very professional and patient-centred and I have found great benefit.

I came to Dr. Pritesh shah after being diagnosed with multiple disc bulge in L4-L5-S1. I had already tried physiotherapy at two other clinics but the pain had come back and my mobility was severely reduced. Dr. Pritesh explained my condition to me unlike other doctors and comprehensively outlined my treatment plan. Then he assigned me to Dr. Tanaya who helped me over 5 sessions. The results are amazing. I can see a tremendous difference in the way I feel and the way I move. I look forward to more sessions where they will start rehabilitation and advanced stabilisation exercises. Each session with Dr. Tanaya made a considerable reduction in my pain levels - something I had not expected to feel so soon! She is a very efficient and experienced therapist and her affable nature made my sessions fun as well. Five stars to Dr. Tanaya!! And a huge thank you to Dr. Pritesh from saving me from surgery.
